It's interesting to learn that some 80 million people do not have their own credit card. Others who do, may feel reluctant to use their personal card for phone or Internet purchases. Wouldn't it be nice if anyone could walk into a bank or retail store and instantly convert cash into private electronic currency in the form of a pre-paid MasterCard Gift Card that could be used practically anywhere on or off-line?
